1 1/2 tsp celery seed
2 1/2 tbsp @dukes_mayonnaise
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix together until thoroughly combined.

Ingredients
*3-4 boneless chicken breasts
*1 onion chopped
*1 pkg brown gravy mix
*1 pkg ranch dressing mix
*6-8 pepperoncini peppers
*1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
*1/2 cup water
*1 stick butter

Instructions
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Add onions and place chicken on top.
3. Sprinkle both mixes over chicken.
4. Add peppers, pour juice and water over chicken, and place butter on top.
5. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 5-6
6. When chicken is done, shred and serve!!

We don’t drink alcohol but every now and then I love to cook with it! And this is one of those recipes!! The beer just gives it a distinct flavor!! Serve it with just butter or a good cheese dip!! It’s so good!!

Ingredients

*3 1/4 cups fresh milled flour or all purpose
*1/2 tbsp instant yeast
*1 -12 oz can of beer
1 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and beer together.
2. Mix until dough comes together.
3. When the dough is formed, knead by hand for about five minutes.
4. Spray bowl with cooking spray and return dough back to bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in size about 1 to 2 hours.
5. After the dough has doubled, shape the dough into a ball and place it on to parchment paper, and then into your Dutch oven.
6. Score the dough with a sharp knife by making an X on top.
7. Place the lid on your Dutch oven and place it in a cold oven and set the temperature to 400° and bake for 30 minutes.
8. After the 30 minutes are done, remove the lid and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
9. Remove the bread from the Dutch oven and transfer to a wire rack. Let it cool completely before serving and enjoy.

The Best Pizza Crust Evah!!! After learning how to mill fresh flour, this is the only way I make pizza now. If you’ve never had pizza made with fresh milled flour, you are missing out!!!

But if you’ve not jumped into milling yet, this recipe can easily be made with all purpose, just decrease flour to 2 cups. If you try it, let me know what you think!! This recipe will make one 12” thick crust or two 12” thin crust.🍕Recipe below👇🏻

1/2 cup warm milk. 1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup warm water. 2 1/4 cups fresh milled flour
2 tsp sugar. 2 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

1. In a large bowl, combine milk & water. Stir in sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Stir slightly and cover until it foams. About 5 minutes.
2. Stir in flour, oil, & salt. When dough comes together, start kneading. Sprinkle flour on surface and knead for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 tsp of oil in same bowl. Place dough in bowl and turn to cover dough in oil. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
4. Punch dough down and divide dough into 2 balls for 2 12” thin crusts or use all dough for 1 12” thick crust. Spray pizza pan & add pizza sauce and desired toppings.
5. Bake at 450° for 12-15 minutes or until pizza slightly browns and enjoy!!

3-4 lbs beef tips or stew meat
1 pkg. au ju gravy mix
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cold water
.
1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
2. Add steak tips, gravy mix, soup mix, garlic, salt, pepper, beef broth, and butter. Mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4.
4. 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and water together and add to crockpot. Cook for 30 minutes until gravy thickens.
5. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!!

You’ll wanna SAVE this one!!! The Best Potato Soup….EVAH!!!!👇🏻

8-9 Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
8 cups water
1 onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup of milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Add potatoes and onions to a large stock pot. Cover potatoes with water (make sure the potatoes and onions are completely covered). Bring to a boil on medium high heat and cook until potatoes are soft.
Add both soups and stir to dissolve.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until cream cheese has completely dissolved and soup is creamy.
Serve, top with cheese, bacon, green onions and enjoy!

3 cups warm water
1 3/4 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon and 2 tablespoons of sugar divided
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 stick butter melted
6 to 7 cups fresh milled flour
1 egg white

1. In a small bowl, combine water, yeast and half teaspoon of sugar stir until yeast to dissolves. Cover with a plate and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
2. In a large bowl, mix salt, 2 tablespoon sugar, butter, yeast mixture, and 4 cups flour. Add a half a cup of flour at a time until dough is firm and not sticky.
3. On the lightly flowered surface, knead dough for 10 minutes.
4. Grease a large bowl with cooking spray, add dough, and turn dough to coat completely. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
5. Spray baking sheet and set aside. Patch down dough and divide into three loaves. Place loaves on baking sheet.
6. With a sharp knife, make 2 to 3 cuts on top of each loaf. Brush egg white over loaves and let rise for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 350°. After dough has doubled, bake for 30 minutes.
*{decrease flour 1-2 cups if using conventional flour}
